Matthew's Crazy Spiderman Top

Last year my aunt Elena picked up this wind-up top for Matthew. It is in the shape of a Spiderman head and you can wind it up it and it spins really fast while playing a really loud disco song while shooting off laser lights. To be honest, when Elena first gave it to Matthew he was either not entirely interested or a little scared of it. It's a pretty crazy little top.

Anyway, lately he's actually become completely fascinated by it to the point he asks to play with it almost every day. He likes doing a little dance around it before knocking it over. Then he yells "DO IT AGAIN!"

Happy Hanukkah!!

Today Matthew had another fun-filled play date with Bae, learned that he can use a paint brush to paint the palm of his hand to do hand prints on paper and celebrated the first night of Hanukkah. He loved lighting the candles, but was thrilled to receive a monster truck he has wanted for weeks.

Edaville Holiday Lights

We woke up yesterday morning not having anything to do all day. We decided to be spontaneous and head to Edaville Railroad for their holiday lights celebration. We've never been there before during the holidays and it was amazing! I'm not sure who had more fun- me, Chris or Matthew.

Matthew has been taking swim lessons for a few months. Last week he took a huge step- he can swim with noodles under his arms!! He's so proud of himself and so are we!!
